How are you handeling the NAR settlement?

We are doing hte same thing we’ve always done ; representing buyers and sellers with the highest fidelity, disclosing all aspects of agency working with buyers and seller to achieve their real esrtate goals. 

What is 14 day buyer's representation ?

Since the NAR settlement Realtors must disclose in writing the nature of the buyers agency relationship including how the Realtor expects to be compensated. This must be done in writing before a buyer views a property.  To make it easy we offer 14 day no obligation buyer’s contracts – so the buyers don’t miss out.  

How do Buyer's Agents get paid?

With our 14 day buyer contracts buyers do not have to pay an agent up front, the buyers agent will be paid at closing from the sellers proceeds if possible. 

How do you sell homes quickly for top dollar?
