Since the NAR settlement Realtors must disclose in writing the nature of the buyers agency relationship including how the Realtor expects to be compensated. With our 14 day buyer contracts buyers do not have to pay an agent up front, the buyers agent will be paid at closing from the sellers proceeds if possible.
