1. We will treat our clients and customers the way we want to be treated. The golden rule applies (or should apply) to all areas of life. Treat people with respect, give what you want to receive without hope for reciprocity.

2. We will never charge an unearned fee. You may not know it but a real estate transaction can be filled with surprise fees that only show up on the settlement statement at closing. An undisclosed admin fee or a technology fee or a re-key fee. We wage a battle about these fees everyday and we will never relent. We will disclose any and all fees upfront so you know exactly where you stand.

3. We will never share your private information. We work with buyers and sellers all the time to close transactions and you would not believe the opportunity for cross marketing or other information to leak to venders creditors baby daddy’s or other villains

4. We put our clients needs before our own. That means disclose all information, that means represent out clients like a bull dog, if a clients finds a cheaper house for sale get it for him, if there is an emergency be there, if it means less money for you so be it, this is how we get return clients, referrals and repeat customers.

5. We will communicate often and effectively. Remember how you created a ghost by listing your house with the Realtor from your Church or your Childs friends parent ? They showed up stuck a sign in your yard then disappeared? We don’t do that. We’re here every step of the wy to make sure you understand wether its good news bad news or no news so you know exactly where you stand.
